Vice President of Federal Regulatory

As Vice President of Federal Regulatory, Frank Simone is responsible for managing AT&T’s wireline interests before federal regulatory authorities, including the Federal Communications Commission.

Prior to his current role in the Federal Regulatory organization, he held various assignments in call center operations, network planning, product management, and marketing both at the regional level and at AT&T headquarters.  Mr. Simone has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Science degree from State University of New York, Brockport College.
