Vice President of Government Affairs

As Vice President of Government Affairs, Stacy Fuller manages video, universal service and enforcement issues before the Federal Communications Commission.

Prior to joining AT&T, Stacy managed all video and satellite issues before the FCC for DIRECTV.  She previously worked at the Commission as the Media Advisor to Commissioner Kathleen Abernathy. Before that, she was a Communications and Public Policy Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, and Director of Legal Affairs at Discovery Communications, Inc., specializing in affiliation agreements.

Stacy has a juris doctorate from Emory School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan. She is on the Executive Committee of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA) and was formerly the chair of the FCBA Foundation.
